Kimberly N. Offord
Always allowing her passions to direct her life path, Kimberly Offord is an author, educator, entrepreneur and real estate agent. Kimberly is a Chicago native who received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College and a Master of Science Degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
Inspired by her grandmother who demonstrated the advantages of entrepreneurship, Kimberly began a marketing consulting business with a primary focus on the nonprofit sector of communications. In 2004, she started another business, Kimberly Noelle Publishing. Under this publishing company, she authored and published the sorority fiction novel, “There Was A Spirit.”
Tapping into her marketing and entrepreneurial roots once again, Kimberly decided to pursue a career in real estate. Determined to make a difference in both her own life and the lives of those who see homeownership as only a dream, Kimberly devotes a great amount of time giving back to the community.
She conducts free credit workshops and writes a blog devoted to promoting wealth and financial responsibility to encourage economic development. She is the creator of the “Personal Wealth Challenge” and the successful “Fast Track to Homeownership” program exclusively at Supreme Manor Real Estate Services in Chicago, IL.
Kimberly is a member of the Chicago Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she has served on the national, regional and local levels of her sorority. The October 2007 issue of Ebony magazine featured Kimberly as a contributing writer for their monthly feature article, “Two Sides”. Kimberly is currently working on the second installment of her sorority fiction novel series entitled, “The Truth is Never Far.”
In all that she has accomplished, Kimberly has never lost sight of the value of inspiring others to greatness. Her personal motto is “Infinite thoughts create endless possibilities.” She exemplifies this in her daily life.
