Stress Relievers

When the day is just too much to handle, we all need a way to escape. No matter the cause of stress, we all become overwhelmed at some point. While this is something that most everyone experiences, it’s important to remember that stress can affect your health and your state of mind.

Let’s take a look at a few recommendations on how to alleviate stress:

  • Exercise
  • Listen to music
  • Read
  • Get organized
  • Delegate – in the office and the home
  • Engage in your favorite hobby
  • Take time away from work and socialize with friends
  • Journal
  • Spend time with your family
  • Know when to say no
  • Prioritize
  • Laugh – you’d be surprised how far a laugh can go!
  • Do nothing!
