Clean Sweep

Sometimes in the stress and hype of life and responsibilities we fail to take advantage of all the joy. When this happens, we see this time of year as something to get through rather than a time of love and fellowship. As with a home, often it simply needs a good cleaning to bring out its sparkle. The Clean Sweep activity below may work the same way for you. After you have completed the activity, please share your “shining” moments.

Clean Sweep…

Thinking of your life’s environment, health and emotional balance, financial, and relationship compartments, check off all the items below that you believe are true. For the ones that you do not find true, ask yourself if it is something you would like to be true in the future. If so, prioritize which items you would like to address and develop a plan to work toward getting them to true. Be sure to come back to the blog to get support and share your ideas.
